2021 Conservation and Restoration

Intervention in a ensemble of metallic artefacts (14th-16th cs.), mostly made of copper alloy, from the collection of the Municipal Museum of Loulé, from the archaeological excavation "Casa das Bicas" in the Algarve region.

  • ring and hoops (4), copper alloy, hoop, iron, copper and silver (?) alloy;
  • nails (5), arrows (2), horseshoe, key (?), iron alloy;
  • amulet in silver and decorated plate, silver and copper alloy;
  • artefacts (13), copper alloy;
  • fragments, copper alloy (6), iron and copper alloy (5) and iron alloy (5).
