Conservation and restoration of a mural painting with a figurative iconographic element, possibly the representation of Minerva, Goddess of Wisdom, according to Roman mythology. This painting was removed for treatment in an atelier and later re-installed in the same place, precisely on the ceiling of one room on the 1st floor of a rehabilitated building in the historic centre of Lisbon (Baixa Pombalina*).
Work coordinated, in the restoration, by Elvira Barbosa and, in the installation and fixing, by Marco Aurélio.

* The Baixa de Lisboa (ca. 255 ha), also called Baixa Pombalina or Lisboa Pombalina, was built by order of the Marquis of Pombal, after the 1755 earthquake, between the Terreiro do Paço, near the Tagus River, and Rossio and Praça da Figueira, and, lengthwise, between the Cais do Sodré, Chiado and Carmo, on the one hand, and, the Cathedral and the hill of the Castle of São Jorge, on the other.
