2001 Preventive Conservation

Diagnosis and assessment of the state of preservation of c. 300 artefacts made of gold, silver and stones, which belong to the Collection of Archaic Goldsmithery from the Treasure Room of the National Museum of Archaeology, known in the past as the "Sleeping Beauty of the Portuguese Archaeology ". The interventions were carried out according to the specific needs of each artefact.
