In accordance to the training program of the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation (Évora, Alentejo), there was an invitation to design and implement this workshop targeted for professionals in the field of conservation management, accordingly to this programme:
+ Identify types of metals and mechanisms of deterioration;
+ Initiation to the assessment of pathologies diagnosis and in metals preventive conservation treatments;
+ Sensitize for an adequate preservation of cultural metal artefacts.
