In accordance with the training program of the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation, a new call came to design and give a workshop targeted, in particular, to experienced technicians and museum professionals with responsibilities in area of culture, cultural managers, cultural operators, publishers and college students, following this programme:
+ Understand the influence and scope of marketing for the functioning of cultural organizations;
+ Raising awareness of the need to know how to manage customer relationships throughout life;
+ Inform about the specific characteristics of the development and implementation of cultural marketing programs.
