2017 Replicas and Reproductions

Rosin replica of one bronze thymiaterion (burner, usually of incense, used in religious rituals) exhumed from the archaeological site of the Old Castle of Safara, in the region of Moura (Beja - Alentejo), from the National Museum of Archaeology (Inv. 989.20.1). This work was carried out without touching the original artefact through the use of 3D scanning technology.
