Creation and production of 200 round medals in bronze plated gold, minted with the inscription, Ordem Sagrada Esperança* (Order Holy Hope), on the obverse, and the inscription, Fundação Dr. António Agostinho Neto, on the reverse. The phrase: "A Ordem Sagrada Esperança agracia a luz da Liberdade" ("The Holy Order of Hope bestows the light of Liberty") is inscribed on the case.
